- Cured Tuna: rucola, orange, gremolata, red pepper, grilled sour dough crostini
- Arancini: spicy marinara, peperonata, mozzarella
- Nonna’s Meat Balls: san marzano sauce, roasted chili salsa, provolone, parmesan
